Holy Water!  Course

Description: 
This course incorporates conventional and non-conventional methods for getting a LOT of water to a fire scene. The program offers something for everyone. It exposes the beginner to new concepts and will be a challenging refresher for the experienced firefighter/MPO. This fast-paced Hands-on-Training is an excellent opportunity for neighboring departments to come together to prepare for the “Big One!” and offers skills usable at every fire scene.

Topics covered include:

• Dressing a hydrant
• Overcoming a low-flow hydrant
• Multiple portable pond (drop tank) use
• Jet siphon operations
• Pumper relay
• Multiple tanker fill
• Master streams
• Rural Water Supply access with TurboDraft

This is a fun class that will have members working as a team.
