Emergency Services Response is a hard job! If it was easy, everyone would do it! Crews need to be in good shape to succeed and avoid injuries. This class makes working out together a fun, team based activity. Using real world tools and skills, the group will work together for common goals and get fit and learn how to better themselves for long term health success. All levels of fitness welcome.
